30-Day Return Policy

TVFramez.com offers a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits are available after 30 days
  • Orders returned outside this timeframe will not be accepted

Custom-Made Frames and Size Accuracy

All TV frames sold by TVFramez.com are custom made to order based on the size, model, and specifications selected at checkout.

Because each frame is manufactured specifically for your television:

  • Frames ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun
  • Custom frames cannot be resized, altered, or restocked

To avoid sizing issues, customers are strongly encouraged to verify their TV brand, model, and exact screen size before ordering.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return within the 30-day period:

  • The frame must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, components, and hardware must be included
  • The item must show no signs of installation, modification, or damage

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom frames ordered in the incorrect size
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Installed, altered, or damaged products
  • Clearance, sample, or final sale items
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you

Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or third-party mounting is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email of the approval or denial
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment
  • Processing times vary by financial institution and may take several business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

TVFramez.com does not offer standard exchanges.

Replacements are only issued for items that are confirmed defective or damaged during shipping and will be replaced with the same item originally ordered.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
  • TVFramez.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Gifts

  • Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient may be eligible for store credit upon approved return
  • If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds are issued to the original purchaser
