Order Processing & Production Time

All TVFramez products are custom made and cut to your specifications. Because of this, orders require production time before shipment.
  • In-stock custom frame orders typically ship within 4 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed
  • Processing times may vary during peak demand or holidays
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Method & Cost

  • Free shipping is offered on all TV frame orders within the continental United States
  • No minimum purchase is required
  • Shipping method and carrier are selected based on package size, destination, and delivery efficiency

Packaging & Contents

Each TV frame ships in one box and includes:
  • Four frame sections
  • All required assembly and mounting hardware
  • Step-by-step assembly and installation instructions
All items are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Assembly Requirements

Light assembly is required for all TVFramez frames.

  • Frames arrive in four numbered sections for easy alignment
  • Clear guidelines and instructions are included
  • No professional tools or experience are required
Our patented easy connection system allows the frame to assemble securely and provides strength comparable to a professional frame shop assembly.

Installation & Fit

Each frame includes adjustable straps on the back to ensure a tight and secure fit against your television. These straps help maintain proper alignment once installed.
Installation instructions are provided, and customers are responsible for proper installation.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • Address changes must be requested immediately after ordering
  • Once production or shipping has begun, address changes may not be possible
  • TVFramez.com is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
If the damage is verified, TVFramez.com will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.
